It is said that there are two kinds of people: those who wait to see where life takes them, and those who are committed on doing stuff, on taking some of the driving ☺ yeaph, that’s me! At least, usually … I do have my moments of going with the flow! But I believe that if you want to live life with purpose, you must be active, take the lead role and act accordingly! And yes, that will be stuff that you can’t control, but the goal is not control! The goal is getting stuff done! And by stuff, I am talking about accomplish your dreams, your bucket list!
So, in order to do this, there are some things you must do, and first is, of course, what are your goals? What are you dreams? So write down your bucket list (I am working on mine ☺)
After doing so, define what actions can you take that bring you close to your goals – write them down and stick them in your bathroom mirror, so you can remember them daily! Finally, reassess your performance – check it out: what have you done this week that has brought closer to your dreams? For instances:
– “I want to do a handstand”
– Action required: Daily practice!!!
If you did, in fact, work on it, reward yourself! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy: a hot bath, a walk in the park, a smoothie…whatever!!!
