Because today is Sunday, we deserve an-extra special desert ☺! And this is probably my favourite desert of all times! And it has all kind of advantages: it is raw, vegan, gluten-free and almost sugarless!!!! So we can eat plenty!!!!!
Check it out:
For the crust:
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of soaked and pitted dates
Some water (to make it sticky)
Process it together and press it into a mould – you’ve got your crust!
For the filling:
1 cup of strawberries (organic, or it won’t taste the same)
1 ½ cups of soaked cashews (for an hour or so)
1 pinch of salt
1 TBSP vanilla
1 TBSP agave
1 TBSP melted coconut oil
3 TBSP cacao
Process all ingredients together and pour the mixture over the crust, and place it in the fridge for an hour!
