I don’t feel like cooking, so I’ve done this with some vegan tortilla bread (not gluten-free)!
Basically, I’ve only made the salad with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, zucchini, carrots and sprouted beans (love them!!!!!)! I’ve seasoned it with some strawberry jam mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and wrapped it up… and ate two of them in a blink of an eye ☺
My dog ate some, too! ☺
