Strawberry smoothie

I really like to begin my day with a smoothie:  it gets me going every single time!

This was my morning smoothie:

1 handful of organic strawberries (no, plain strawberries won’t do!!!!!)

1 banana

½ cup pineapple

½ cup gluten-free oats

1 TBSP flax seeds

Water

Goji berries to taste

 

Yummy!!!!!
