Yes, I’ve been away…reassessing priorities and a lot of yoga have kept me away! But I’m back, with some suggestions for your weekend…eating suggestions!
So, for starters, let’s talk about junk food, shall we? But not any junk food – healthy junk food! And nothing screams like junk food as fries do, right? So check out this baked basil fries – They are supposed to blow you away!
If you don´t like fries, maybe I can interest you in some chips…kale chips! They are vegan and you don’t need a dehydrator to make them! Just be sure that your kale is really dry, or you won’t get that nice crunchy effect!!!
For a little sweetness, what about some gluten-free banana nut muffins? These are great, and you can make them vegan by replacing the eggs with another smashed banana and the yoghurt with a non-dairy one!
