And you only bake things with chocolate?

 

Nope! But the best things I bake have chocolate…or cocoa☺

Just take a look at these blueberry muffins:

The original recipe (which is great) is here! I couldn’t resist and I had to make some changes! Here’s how I did it:

2 cups of flour (can be gluten-free)

1 TBSP baking powder

A pinch of salt

4 TBSP brown sugar

4 TBSP flax seeds + 6TBSP water (let it rest for 10 minutes)

2 TBSP melted coconut oil

6 TBSP blueberry soy yogurt

A handful of chocolate chips

¼ cup water

I mixed the dry ingredients and add the wet, all at the same time, except for the water which I added as needed; the berries and the chocolate chips were added last!

I cooked them in silicone moulds in a 350F (180ºC) woven for 25 minutes!

Yummy!
