… chocolate covered muffins for a mid-afternoon snack! Seriously, you must do it!
So, after taking my dog to the beach, I did it! And here they are:
You wouldn’t believe how tasty and light these are! And, as always, they are really easy to do.
1.5 cup of flour
½ cup wheat germ
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (I did my own with a hazelnut chocolate I had)
3 small mashed bananas
½ cup rice milk
¼ cup maple syrup
Mix the dry ingredients (the first five) together and mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Join the dry into the wet and mix them well. These will cook 20 minutes in a preheated 350ºF(180ºC) woven.
Then, because it is Saturday, and the day is beautiful, melt some chocolate with some coconut oil and cover them…and then eat them…slowly, since they will taste better when they are cold!
