What about a healthy four ingredient raw vegan chocolate mousse? Much better!!!!
So, this is what I’ve done:
I put 1 large ripe avocado in the mixer with 10 pitted dates, 4 tablespoons of cacao and a cup of water. I’ve let the mixer work its magic, and voilá!!!!
Oh, I’ve soaked the dates for 2 hours previously!
If you like, you can use agave instead of the dates: it won’t be so sticky (and yummy) and you have to check if a cup of water is not too much!
